Example: Full natural brows with sparse areas

The client below presents with quite full natural brows, however there are several areas that appear quite sparse including the top of the brow and tails. Thankfully this client has usable vellus hair in and slightly above the sparse areas. Rather than removing the sparse areas to create a seamless brow shape we have chosen to include the sparse areas and excess vellus hair within the new shape. Doing this has elevated her brow and created a full and defined shape.

Considerations:

  • Where possible avoid removing sparse areas of the brow to prevent thinning them out too much, rather when mapping include sparse areas and excess vellus hair to improve the shape and build brow thickness
